TRIM stands for Trauma Risk Management. It is a set model which trains staff up to respond to support their colleagues after a traumatic incident. We are offering free TRIM training for unit staff and hope to offer some TRIM managers training in the new year. Please do book into these events. If you are a clinical lead or matron, think about who would be good to send on this training.
