St Helier and Epsom have successfully created a wonderful welcome video for parents and families, showcasing their neonatal unit, staff and parental experiences. This project was co-produced with parents and families, and the neonatal team, and is a great example of partnership, co-production and investment for families. The video offers parents and families an option to see and hear from staff and families in the unit. A main aim of the video was to provide insight and assurance to families likely to be repatriated from other hospital, who were unable to visit in person.
