PIE meetings – making care safer

We are currently setting up Psychologically informed care (PIE) meetings with all NCEL and SL units. These meetings are with the senior team on the unit and aim to discuss together how care is being delivered, how we can support this and what you want to work on. They are a not a review, an audit or an inspection but a reflective conversation followed up by detailed notes which you can use to continue to use to improve the quality and safety of care.
