We are working on a huge number of documents which you will see coming through for consultation in the next few months. This includes the Identifying need document helping units to understand who might need support, The best practice in record keeping doc, the governance for psych professionals when they have a non-psych line manager and some guidance for TRIM trained practitioners. We are also still helping with business cases, supporting with interviewing, running training events, providing peer supervision, developing best practice and more.  We want to be helpful, to support units manage the challenges and pressures and to help families and staff.
