A key focus for OT this year will be implementing a newly developed audit tool for neonatal units without OT provision. This tool aims to promote the OT role in neonatal care, identify service gaps, and inform future OT ODN staffing plans. Additionally, it will enhance understanding of the OT scope of practice and support future business planning.
