The data cleaning and validation period for 2025 data will run from Tuesday 6^th January to Friday 13^th March 2026.

The full calendar year of 2025 data will be available on the Restricted Access Dashboard (RAD) from Tuesday 6^th January 2026.  The NNAP team will take a final extract of 2025 data for analysis after 13^th March 2026.

The NNAP data assurance process provides units with a final opportunity to verify that the data used in NNAP analysis for the 2025 calendar year has been correctly entered on BadgerNet. This process involves identifying any missing or incomplete data and reviewing for inaccuracies via the RAD, and making any required corrections to BadgerNet records.

During this period, the RAD will be updated Friday 6^th February and Friday 6^th March. Please use these updates to ensure changes you make to BadgerNet are reflected on the RAD.

You can use the RAD at any time to review and clean your results so far for 2025. If you don’t already have access to the RAD and need it, please contact the NNAP team via: nnap@rcpch.ac.uk

The NNAP data assurance survey will provide an opportunity for units to assure their data for the Bloodstream Infection, Preterm Brain injury and Necrotising Enterocolitis measures. This survey will be sent after the webinar (details below).
