The Accelerated Neonatal Qualified in Specialty (ANQiS) programme successfully launched its first cohort this September, running through December. Delivered in a hybrid format, the programme combines online and in-person sessions to provide flexible learning. The pilot included 26 NICU nurses, both international and experienced non-QiS nurses from each sector across the network.
