The MBRRACE-UK Real-Time Data Monitoring Tool is available to all trusts to track real time trends in perinatal mortality (all stillbirths, late fetal losses and neonatal deaths from 20 weeks). The tool can be accessed via the MBRRACE-UK portal and a demonstration video is also available on the NHS Futures platform.

Currently, the Maternity and Neonatal Programme is promoting use of this tool in the pilot of the Maternity Outcomes Signal System (to be released), which is being developed in response to the East Kent report. Both tools are intended to be used for routine perinatal quality oversight.
