UCLH Virtual Cranial Ultrasound Course
A one day virtual course providing the essential skills to perform and interpret neonatal cranial ultrasound scans on the neonatal unit.
UCLH Virtual Cranial ultrasound Course: The Essentials will take place on the 17th November 2025.
This course will cover:
· How to use an ultrasound scanner and get the best quality images
· Standard images and normal anatomy
· Germinal matrix and intraventricular haemorrhage
· Linear measurements of ventricular dilatation
· Preterm white matter abnormalities
· HIE and Doppler measurements
· Perinatal stroke
Open to any health professional with an interest in neonates/scans
