Respiratory and Research (RReach)

The RReach training day is designed to inspire and equip healthcare professionals with the knowledge and tools needed to actively participate in the research domain, with a special focus on respiratory care. This session aims to demonstrate how multidisciplinary team (MDT) members can contribute to the advancement of neonatal care through research, quality improvement projects (QIPs), and effective change management.

Session Highlights:

Innovations in Neonatal Research: Explore cutting-edge research initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality, safety, and outcomes of neonatal respiratory care. Learn about the latest advancements that are driving the evolution of neonatal care practices.

Clinical Research Opportunities for the MDT: Hear from research nurses, allied health professionals (AHPs), and medical staff who will provide valuable insights into clinical research opportunities available to all members of the healthcare team. Discover how each role can contribute to and benefit from involvement in research activities.

Engaging the Entire MDT in Research and Change Management: Understand the importance of involving all MDT members in research and quality improvement processes. Gain practical strategies for engaging diverse team roles in the research journey, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and implementing change within clinical settings.

This training day will emphasise the crucial role of collaborative research in advancing neonatal care and demonstrate practical ways healthcare professionals can integrate research into their daily practice to drive neonatal care evolution.
