Palliative and Bereavement Care
Making a lasting difference for palliative and bereavement care in a complex and changing cultural landscape
Join us for a thoughtful and practical study day exploring palliative and bereavement care for neonatal babies and their families.
Hosted by the London Neonatal Network, this fully funded, in-person day will consider compassionate care at every moment of the journey, including caring for the baby and supporting families during and after the death of their baby. We will also explore the impact of neonatal loss on staff and teams, with a focus on supporting one another through emotionally challenging experiences.
Through expert-led learning, shared reflection and practical discussion, the session will explore how to navigate complex situations, communicate with sensitivity and provide meaningful, individualised support.
This valuable opportunity will enable neonatal professionals to step away from the demands of clinical practice, share experiences, build confidence and reflect on how we can provide the best possible care for babies, families and the teams supporting them.
