The National Maternity and Neonatal Safety Improvement Programme (MatNeoSIP) aims to reduce the rates of maternal and neonatal deaths, stillbirths and brain injuries that occur during or soon after birth by 50% by 2025 and to reduce the national rate of preterm births from 8% to 6% by 2025.
As the London Maternity and Neonatal safety improvement Programme (MatNeoSIP) workstream leads from the Health Innovation Network (HIN) South London and UCLPartners (UCLP), we have held a series of events in this financial year that bring people together to share and learn. This will be a celebration event to recognise the efforts towards perinatal optimisation and adoption of Preterm Parent Passports across London since April 2024.
